Amravati- 444604, Maharashtra, India, trading under the brand name BiomassHub ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. If you are using the Website on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Who this Website is for

The Website is intended for industrial buyers, farmers, prospective aggregators, franchise applicants, and other parties interested in BiomassHub's products and network. It is directed at adults acting in a business, professional, or agricultural-livelihood capacity, not at consumers purchasing for personal use, and not at minors.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Website by, any third party. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Website (including Contact, Farmer Registration, or Aggregator/Franchise applications);
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, or any systems or networks connected to it;
• Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, or similar) to access the Website without our prior written consent;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code to the Website;
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Website or its content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Website at our discretion, without notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos (including field footage and GPS-tagged imagery), product descriptions, and the BiomassHub name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Riversons Green Industries Private Limited and is protected under applicable Indian copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may view and download content from the Website for personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Website content without our prior written consent.

5. Accuracy of information and no offer

The information on the Website — including product specifications, calorific values, pricing indicators, CO₂ savings figures, cost-reduction percentages, and farmer income figures — is provided for general informational purposes and is based on our current data and modelling. It does not constitute a binding offer, quotation, or guarantee. Actual product specifications, pricing, and terms will be confirmed separately in a quotation, purchase order, or supply agreement. We make reasonable efforts to keep Website content accurate and up to date but do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or current at all times.

6. Forms, applications, and no guarantee of onboarding

Submitting a Contact/Quote request, Farmer Registration, or Aggregator/Franchise/Partnership application does not guarantee that we will engage with you, approve your application, or enter into any commercial relationship. All applications are evaluated at our discretion based on criteria we consider relevant (including, for franchise and partnership applications, location, capital availability, and fit with our network model). We will endeavour to respond to applications within a reasonable time but are not obligated to provide reasons for any decision.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources (for example, government portals such as Startup India, DPIIT, or MNRE). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
